One project per grant
Each project has one donor, one donor template and one reporting cycle. If several donors fund the same programme with different formats, create one project per donor so each has its own template, indicators and deadlines.
Reuse
- Donor templates can be saved to the template library and copied into other projects, so a second grant from the same donor starts from the same structure.
- Indicators can be imported from Excel to copy a common set quickly.
- The organisation's default reporting profile (language, tone, rules) applies to every new project and can be overridden per project.
- AI Writing Style preferences can apply to all reports, one template or one section type, so a donor's preferred wording carries forward.
Keep evidence organised
Set the reporting period and links on each evidence file. The same file can be linked to several activities and indicators, so one attendance sheet can support more than one report.
Cross-project views
Reports, Evidence, Compliance and My Work in the main menu show everything across projects, with deadlines on Home.
Plan limits
Only active projects count toward your plan; archive finished ones.
