Understanding Compliance Checklist

How the live checklist keeps you on track.

The compliance checklist is a live list of what is missing or weak before a report goes to the donor.

What it checks

  • Missing evidence and incomplete evidence details
  • Unverified indicators
  • Unsupported report claims
  • Missing annexes, procurement documents or approvals
  • Missing disaggregation
  • Late activity updates
  • Sensitive data warnings
  • Unreviewed AI output
  • Donor requirements from the template

Severity and status

Severity: Low, Medium, High, Critical. Status: Open, In progress, Resolved, Accepted risk, Not applicable. Resolving needs a note; accepting a high-severity risk needs authority.

Automatic

The list is generated from your template, logframe, activities and evidence and refreshes as data changes. Coverage gaps in a report create items without duplicating or overwriting your earlier decisions.

Where you see it

  • Compliance in the main menu (all projects) and each project's compliance page
  • Report checks in the report editor
  • The export gate

Blocking items must be cleared, or accepted with a reason, before approval and export.
