How to Get Headline and Key-Message Suggestions
Suggestions from your own records; optional AI wording is labelled and never saved by itself.
The Infographic Studio can suggest a headline and key messages from your project's records. Every suggestion is built only from figures your team has recorded. You choose what to use; nothing is added to a design until you do.
Suggestions from your records
- Open a design and find the suggestions panel, Suggested from your records.
- Click Suggest a headline and messages. Use Round to to show figures to the nearest hundred or thousand, or Exact.
- Click Use beside a headline to put it in the headline. Click Put these in a key-messages block to add the messages to a block.
Each suggestion is a sentence with a figure from your records. A figure that is not recorded is never used. Edit the wording as you like afterwards.
Draft wording with AI (optional)
If your organisation has AI writing switched on, the panel also offers Draft wording with AI.
- The figures are sent to the writing service with names and personal details removed.
- Any sentence that states a figure not in your records is removed before you see the result. The panel says how many were removed.
- The result is labelled AI-drafted, not yet reviewed. Read every sentence before you use it.
- If AI writing is off for your organisation, the button explains that and the record-based suggestions still work.
Who does what, where
A Who does what, where block can be filled from your work plan with Draft rows from my plan. Each row takes the lead, the activity and the place. Activities with no lead or no place are left out, and the panel says how many. Check the rows and name the source before you publish.
